Warranty Claim
How do I make Warranty Claim
To initiate a warranty claim for your product, the first step is to have it assessed. You can contact your dealership to arrange an inspection or email lakestar at warranty@lakestarcaravans.au with your dealership information, and they will contact the dealer on your behalf to complete the assessment.
Questions on on 3rd party products & Appliances
For inquiries regarding third-party products such as fridges and microwaves in your caravan, please contact your salesperson or manufacturer support on their website. Please note that our warranty or service team cannot provide over-the-phone assistance on how to use products due to warranty and service limitations.
Warranty on Appliances in your caravan
Warranty on appliances and third-party products can be handled in two ways.
- Option 1 is to make a warranty claim directly with the product manufacturer, as they may have dedicated support centres for troubleshooting and resolving issues quickly.
- Option 2 is to raise a warranty claim through Lakestar, which is the most efficient way to process your claim and create an electronic job card within their system. To lodge a claim, please contact Lakestar’s warranty team at warranty@lakestarcaravans.au or use the warranty form on their website.

Our goal is to provide a warranty that is tailored to meet the product and give you peace of mind when you purchase one of our Off-road caravans. If you have purchased an Off-Road Lakestar caravan, you can rest assured that your off-road warranty is included and designed to serve its purpose.
We cannot provide off-road warranty for our on-road caravans and semi-off road caravans.
At Lakestar Caravans, we take great pride in our caravans being entirely constructed in Australia. We are delighted to be a part of the Australian-made movement and to contribute to the Victorian economy through job creation and investment. You can trust that when you choose a Lakestar Caravan, you are choosing a product that is fully Australian-made.
While Lakestar Caravans offers an extensive warranty program, it’s important to note that this warranty does not cover appliances. This is because the suppliers of these appliances have their own warranty periods in place. However, many of our suppliers provide up to three-year warranty on their products, which offers additional peace of mind for our customers.
